Reducing Stress

Listen To Your Favorite Music ... 

 

On the way home from work--crank up your favorite music. Come through your door at night with a bit of pep, and a better attitude. You might find you have the energy for an evening stroll.

My last suggestion, take time to listen to your favorite music. When you are on that tedious drive home after work, get the crank out by cranking up the radio. Make sure it's at a volume you can feel. Don't be afraid to turn up the volume. Music has a way of banishes the blues, and chasing a way fatigue. Studies have shown, enjoying music increasing the amount of oxygen to the brain, hence more energy, and a better mood.
